Refund policy

Returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery - Your item must be in its original condition and unworn - Please include proof of purchase or receipt. 
Dispatch items back to Hazel Earth Design within: 14 days of delivery - Customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges. Once your item is returned and accepted we will issue a refund or exchange.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
